what first-timers usually want to know
You do not need to arrive already understanding everything.
You do not need dance training, a fitness background, or some special knowledge of how this is "supposed" to go.
The format is explained before anything is confirmed.
Your group sets the pace, intensity, and tone.
Either side can pause or stop at any time.
There are hard limits, and they are stated plainly.
what it is
Stand On Him is a live, women-centered endurance challenge in the Columbus, Ohio area. It is unusual by design, but not random. The setup is real, in person, and built around clear rules, screening, and a format that stays steady while your group shapes the energy.
A low-key arrival. A format that is already clear on both sides. A women-centered group experience where your group sets the pace from the beginning, with no pressure to perform it one "right" way.
Some groups keep it light and social. Some get more focused. Some watch first, then join once the room settles. The point is to let the experience take shape in a way that feels natural to your group.
boundaries first
Before anything is booked, women are told what the experience involves in plain language.
Nothing is meant to be vague.
hard limits:
No spike heels.
No running starts.
No pile-ons.
No throat, neck, or back contact.
Anything outside the usual format gets discussed first.
Either side can pause or stop at any time.
better with friends
This tends to work best when there is already trust, boldness, laughter, or shared energy in the room.
Friends usually make it better.
The room changes faster, the challenge gets more interesting, and the experience becomes more memorable.
Good fit for:
friends who want a weirder girls' night
dance or fitness friends
birthday groups
women who like unusual challenge-based fun
who runs this
Stand On Him is shaped and presented by Corsenna Vale, the woman behind the project.
She writes it, builds it, maintains it, and handles the parts that need to be clear before anyone decides whether it is a fit.
